Privacy Policy

Last updated November 2026.

Wallan Doctors ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website before our clinic opens in April 2027. A full patient privacy policy covering health information will be published before we begin seeing patients.

What we collect

When you register your interest or apply for a role, we collect the details you choose to give us — such as your name, email address, mobile number, postcode, areas of interest and any message you send. Please do not send personal health information through this website.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send you updates about our opening, appointments, fees and services, to respond to your enquiry, and — for job applicants — to consider you for roles. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store it

Your information is stored securely on servers located in Australia with access restricted to authorised staff and contractors who help us operate this website. We keep it only for as long as it is needed for these purposes.

Website analytics & cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website — for example which pages are viewed and whether forms are submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website and do not use it to identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time using the link in our emails. You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

Contact & complaints

Our contact details will be published on this website before we open. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
